My Story

Hi. I am Antenehe, pronounced Aunt-ten-neh. I am an entrepreneur at heart- I love to build businesses.

Today, I help companies, small businesses, and entrepreneurs leverage a global workforce through my full-service remote call center service, Premier Virtual Staffing.

Premier Virtual Staffing was a solution to a problem that my dad was having as the owner of Park Ave Taxi, LLC. The problem was decreasing the cost of a 24/7 dispatch center while maintaining the quality of each call. The solution was creating a call center overseas while training and developing a workforce.

As of today, I have scaled PVS throughout the United States solving this problem for companies, small businesses, and entrepreneurs answering thousands of calls a day and savings owners’ tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars in expenses. Making companies more efficient and cashflow positive.

In addition to running multiple businesses, I am documenting my journey as a business owner through my website, social media channels, podcast and more. Minority Dollars was created to show my work inspired by the book: Show Your Work by Austin Kleon and to inspire the next entrepreneur. We are all same, find the problem, then the solution, and build a business around it.

Thank you for following the journey but Join the Community to bet on yourself.

My Story:

I was born on a refugee camp in Sudan, after my family left Ethiopia due to violence and war. My family immigrated to the U.S. in 1990, briefly living in Texas before relocating to upstate New York.

I joined the military, U.S. Marine Corps right after graduating high school. I served 4 years with 2 tours to Iraq. After returning from the Marine Corps, I assisted my father’s business and took over the day-to-day operations to later taking ownership and building Park Ave into a six-figure company. More important than the money for me is challenging myself.
